  • All memberships need to be arranged directly with our partner organizations. By joining MBA, MCA, MOC, MCGA, or MKS, you automatically become a member of MMEA.

    Memberships need to be current to obtain a discounted conference rate. Please ensure memberships are current before completing your conference registration.

  • Mennonite Brethren Collegiate Institute is located at 173 Talbot Avenue in Elmwood. From downtown take the Talbot exit (Route 37) as you descend the second bridge, the school will be on your left.  About 100 parking spaces are available on the MBCI lots. Parking is also available on adjacent streets. Note the time limits and rush hour restrictions on Talbot. The city has lifted the two hour parking restriction on Mighton Avenue and McIntosh Avenue. Arrangements have also been made for Tempo delegates and clinicians to park in the ample parking lot at Riverwood Church, The Warehouse,  270 Gordon off of Stadacona, and at Elmwood Mennonite Brethren Church, Dearborn and Henderson (south lot only). Anticipate a 5 minute walk. Please do NOT park in the Elmwood Daycare lot.

  • When you arrive at the conference, please proceed to the Registration desk (South Building, Red Gym) where you can pick up your name tag, a conference program and bag.

    Your name tag allows you access to all conference sessions and will also indicate the luncheon that you can attend if pre-purchased. (Lunch registration closes on October 9, 2026). Registration and Industry Displays will open at 7:30 a.m.  At the end of the last session, please leave your nametag in the session room or at the registration table. 

    Online registrants have received a receipt immediately after registering, no extra copies of receipts will be issued. Mail and in-person registrations will receive receipts issued by email in the week following the conference.

  • Tempo is grateful to have the support of our Industry Partners who help to strengthen our music education community. Please take the time to visit the Industry displays in the Red Gym. Refreshments will be available from 9:50 - 10:20 and 2:10 - 2:30 as well as coffee at 8:00 am.

  • All handouts submitted by clinicians are available to registered Tempo delegates from one week prior to the conference until one month after the conference. Please check your email for access to download handouts.
