About Tempo

Tempo is Manitoba Music Educators’ annual professional development conference, welcoming approximately 550 music teachers from across the province. Attendees represent all grade levels, Kindergarten to Grade 12, and a range of disciplines including elementary music, band, choral, guitar, and strings.

The day includes eleven concurrent sessions in three time slots, led by local, national, and international experts in music education, as well as a keynote address for all attendees.

Tempo is also supported by industry sponsors, who share their products and services in the exhibitor break room.
